At Stico, we want you to love your shoes. If your shoes are not the right fit, not what you expected, or you simply changed your mind, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You have 15 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, Items must be in unworn and in new condition.

  • Tip: To keep your shoes eligible for return, please try them on indoors on a clean, carpeted surface.

Your Return Options

1. Exchange [ Free ]
Exchange your shoes at no cost for:

  • A different size
  • A different style
  • A replacement pair (if defective)

[ All exchanges are completely free, including shipping. ] 

2. Return for Store Credit [Free]
Return your unworn item for store credit. Free return shipping included.

3. Return for a Refund
Return your unworn item for a refund to your original payment method. 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Important: Please do not send items back without first requesting a return.
We cannot accept returns that were sent without prior authorization.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@sticoshoes.com. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible. 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • A different size
  • Shoes showing visible wear (beyond indoor try-on)
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

Undeliverable packages

Undeliverable packages returned to us by the courier are the responsibility of the customer and may not be eligible for a refund.
